Her career spans investment banking, central and local government, public sector, professional services, software development, housing, and waste recycling—each experience reinforcing her ability to navigate complexity, lead diverse teams, and align business objectives with human-centered leadership.
As the UK Regional Ambassador for GTA Black Women in Tech, Yasmina leads strategic efforts to promote visibility and support for Black women in tech. She leads monthly meetings with a team of five ambassadors, monitors progress against strategic goals, and has been instrumental in defining the organisation’s vision and school outreach strategy. Yasmina also actively supports the GTA Black Women in Tech Annual Festival, where she has interviewed successful industry leaders, amplifying their stories and driving meaningful dialogue.
